I was born in Burbank California in 1959. At the age of 8, I moved with my parents to Las Vegas where I graduated from Western High School in 1977.

I worked my way through college attending UNLV, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1983. I spent a short period of time in Salt Lake City, Utah as a RadioShack store manager. In 1984 I returned to Las Vegas and went to work at Wackenhut Services as a Junior Accountant. I worked my way up to Accounting Manager while earning my Masters of Business Administration at UNLV. I graduated with an MBA in 1991.

In 1992, I left Wackenhut Services and moved to Sacramento, California to attend McGeorge School of Law. While at McGeorge, I worked as a computer lab attendant, research assistant, and completed an internship at the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office. After completing law school, I passed the Nevada Bar and joined a law firm located in Bullhead City Arizona, handling cases from Laughlin, Nevada.

In 1996, I moved to Ely, Nevada, where I was a Deputy Nevada State Public Defender for three years. In 1999, I moved to Eureka for a short time and worked as the Deputy District Attorney. In 2000, I returned to Ely, and again worked at for the Nevada State Public Defender as the Supervising Deputy of the Ely Regional Office. While at the Public Defender's office, I supervised 2 deputy public defenders, and handled cases in Eureka, Lincoln, and White Pine counties.

In October 2010, I married Melissa Faber, and in November I was elected to office as the White Pine County District Attorney. I proudly served the people of White Pine County for four years. In February 2015, I opened the doors of this law firm. I am committed to helping the people of Nevada. How can I help you?
